Hello,
I set up my SHARP MX2614N printer on my Mac 10.13.4 and installed the drivers. The test page prints fine, but I can't print anything else, and this happens from any software. I don't understand. Could you help me?
Best regards.
Martine
Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 66.0.3359.139

Hello,
The Sharp MX 2614NSF is not PostScript3 by default. In very rough computing terms, the Mac's language is not understood by this copier; it needs a translator (PostScript License).
However, there is a workaround if you know the copier's IP address:
Open the Mac settings => printers => Install a new printer by clicking the little +
Install the copier as a Generic PCL printer via an IP address.
This should work right away, however you will not have access to the copier's features such as:
- Force black and white
- Duplex
-.......
Simple and color prints will only be available.
See you soon!
