Hello friends,

I have a problem, I bought a Canon MG3650 series printer but I can't connect it to the internet. I'm stuck at this step actually. Do you think it’s because of the connection?
I followed the steps from this official website link but I'm stuck at step 3 :( : https://www.canon.fr/support/consumer_products/pixma_printer_wireless_connection_setup/mg3650_printer_wireless_connection_setup/

So thank you for your help :)

Hello,
Which internet service provider are you with? There is a procedure to perform on your internet box first to allow the printer to connect to your network.

Hi,
In principle, you need to connect to the management and configuration space of the box at this address:
http://gestionbbox.lan/index.html
OR http://192.168.1.254

Then go to the "wifi" section, then "wifi network" and "wifi configuration", finally select "advanced settings" and check the box "enable WPS".

In theory, with this manipulation, it should work; you should be able to complete steps 2 to 5 provided by Canon without any problem.
