Thomson THT504 TNT Decoder Issue

Hello,
I have a Thomson THT504 decoder
I can't pick up any channels
I did a reset with the factory output settings. I restarted the channel search. It only finds LCI, Paris Première, and Canal Plus. But these channels don't work either when I select them.
I've plugged and unplugged it several times but still no result
Thank you for your help
