Convertir une cellule date-heure en date seule

I would like to know, please, how to remove the time linked to the date in Excel. I have a file with a column containing dates in the format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss as indicated below. I want to duplicate my table into another file, but I want the date column in the new table to be pasted in the following format: yyyy-mm-dd (that is to say, without the time).
