"windows has detected spyware infection"

bonjour à tous!

j'ai le maintenant fameux spyware "windows has detected spyware infection" avec le pop-up permanent et le blocage du panneau de configuration ( "cette opération a été annulée en raison de restrictions en vigeur sur cet ordinateur. Contactez votre administrateur systéme", alors qu'il n'y a évidemment pas de restrictions systémes sur mon pc...)

J'ai regardé d'autres sujets là dessus avant de poster et j'ai suivi la procédurez que j'ai pu y lire, mais j'ai un problème: smitfraudfix ne peut même pas scanner! Je veux dire que je peux faire un scan, mais au moment où smitfraudfix effectue "recherche présence de clés corrompues", j'ai un pop-up avec "la modification du registre à été désactivée par votre administrateur".

Idem pour "recherche éléments du bureau"

Donc à priori le scan ne fonctionne pas.

Idem quand je redémarre en mode sans échec, que ce soit pour le scan (option 1) ou pour le nettoyage (option 2).

J'ai essayé plusieurs versions de smitfraudfix.

Donc, je fais quoi?
