Good evening
my Lenovo Ideapad 320 is slow, I have tried several antivirus programs like Avast, Adwcleaner, Spybot, and Malwarebytes but without success, my PC is still slow even though these antivirus programs do not find any viruses. Please, can you help me?

Hello,

First, check the hard drive: How to check the health of the hard drive
With CrystalDiskInfo
- Download CrystalDiskInfo
The status should be blue; otherwise, it's not a good sign.
More explanations: CrystalDiskInfo.

Then, to check your computer for potential infections and to get a general status of the system:

Follow the FRST tutorial by clicking on this blue link. (take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained there).

Download and run the FRST scan,
Wait for the scan to finish; a message will indicate that the analysis is complete.

Three FRST reports will be generated:

FRST.txt
Shortcut.
Additionnal.txt

Send these 3 reports to the site https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and reply with the 3 pjjoint links to the reports here in a new response so that we can review them.

Follow the procedure as indicated, that is to say with Windows started in safe mode with network support (option 5), otherwise it won't work, I'm saying this because many of you don't read what's indicated and do whatever they want.

  You have 4 GB of RAM, so it’s not much, you need to avoid installing things.
  Avast! Internet Security is too slow compared to your hardware configuration.
  
  1) Go to the Control Panel
  then to Programs and Features.
  Uninstall:
  
  Avast Internet Security
  CCleaner (unnecessary)
  CyberLink
  Lenovo App Explorer
  
  If you have installed CCleaner, uninstall it, unnecessary.
  
  2) Disable/Delete from startup:
  iTunesHelper
  See: how to remove a program from Windows startup
  
  3) Reset Google Chrome (only the first paragraph).
  Follow the paragraph Limiter_les_impacts_des_sites_WEB from the page How to speed up Google Chrome

Start by doing a CCleaner cleanup ----> https://www.ccleaner.com/

Then ADWCleaner ----> https://fr.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

You can also run a quick defrag: This PC > Right-click on C: > Properties > Tools > Defragment

A quick check disk as well: Start menu > Run > Type "CMD" > in the dialog box type "CHKDSK C: /f /r" (without the " "), if it asks to do it on the next restart say yes and reboot.

I also have an idea 320 (17), it is slow as well. I think it's because of the lack of RAM, I have 4 GB and for Windows 10, that’s just not enough.
