Installing your webcam on TV

Hello
I no longer have a USB outlet and I would like to reduce the power function of the PC
That's why I would like to know if it is possible to install a webcam, or something similar, connected to my TV via USB and recognized by my PC, how to do it

    It depends on the TV and the webcam.
    If it's a smart TV (connected TV) and whether it can be done or not.
