Connecting a Webcam to a TV

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to connect a webcam live to a Smart TV.
Basically, to see what is happening in a closed room with a camera inside connected to a Smart TV on the other side of the wall.

And if this is not possible, I would appreciate a brief explanation of why?

(Webcam with USB output)

Can the issue be remedied, if there is one, with a USB-HDMI converter or something like that?

    Hello,
    it depends on the TV and the webcam
    the converter will be useless because the webcam will not send the images of what it films to your TV
