Error 700 Replay TV on Freebox

Hello,
for a month now, the free replay across all channels works one day out of two, if not less, and of course hot line unreachable (given the wait time, please call back later) what to do?? thanks in advance

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 64.0.3282.186
