Create a minutes sheet (meters) using VBA

Hello,

I am looking to create a small program on VBA, but I must admit that I am completely lost...
I would like to sort and sum up the different fields (length, height, etc.) from an extraction (from REVIT, a drawing software) by running a macro.

I have attached an example of minutes sheet.
I also have a "help" sheet to create this program which I am attaching as well (starting on page 6)

--> The first 5 photos are the helpers
--> The 6th one is an example of extraction
--> The 7th one is an example of minutes sheet
