re bonjour ! juste pour petit supplement ! j'utilise securitoo comme anti virus, "ad aware se pro" et je scan aussi avec window defender des fois ! mais rien ne supprime les pub ! merci d'avance !

Bonsoir.
Avec l'autorisation de Lyonnais, je me permets d'intervenir.
Commence par bien désinstaller Norton Symantec avec cet outil:

La même chose pour F-Secure

Ensuite pour Avast:
https://www.avast.com/fr-fr/uninstall-utility
Tu redémarres, tu réinstalles Avast, tu redémarres encore un fois.
Et tu réactives l'UAC.
Panneau de configuration, Affichage classique, Comptes d'utilisateurs, Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs, coches la case et redémarre encore un fois.
Donne des nouvelles et poste un nouveau rapport Hijackthis et des infos sur ton pc.

salut nardino ! et ben pour le controle des comptes je n'arrive toujours pas a le reactiver ! mais pour ce qui est des pubs sa a l'air bon en tout cas ! enfin je me donne quelques jours pour confirmé ! pour ce qui est du controle, je coche pour activer mais quand je clic sur activer je retournbe a la page affichage classique et me demande pas de redemarrer ! donc activation impossible !voila je te remerci a bientot !

Je ne suis pas sûr que navilog1 y soit pour quelque chose.
Tu avais eux antivirus en même temps et cela peut déstabiliser davantage un système que l'usage d'un fix sérieux.
Mais.
Je transmets à qui de droit.
Essaie ceci:
Dans Démarrer, Tous les programmes, Accessoires, fais un clic droit sur Invite de commandes et choisis Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
Puis dans la fenêtre DOS, tape sfc /scannow et clic sur Entrée
Il peut être fait appel au DVD d'installation.
