Hello,

I have had the Office 365 pack for a year for about two weeks now. However, I had to change my hard drive about a week ago. I then reinstalled the Office applications on my computer. Since that day, when I want to create a PowerPoint presentation, I no longer have access to the "Design Ideas" tool that suggests layouts for slides. Before changing the hard drive, this tool worked perfectly.
Does anyone have any ideas to help me regain access to this tool?

Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 64.0.3282.167

Hello,

This tool works very randomly. That said, the option still needs to be checked:
File tab => Options => General
PowerPoint Designer => Check "Enable services"

Actually, you need a Microsoft account (you can easily create one with any email address), you need to log in (smiley in the top right) and then under new, you need to choose "startup help".
