Hello everyone, I have the same issue as dg27, unable to proceed with updates on Windows 10 Home version 1703. It tells me this:

To make matters worse, I am also unable to launch any exe, Task Manager, Command Prompt, etc... I get the message "Windows cannot find 'C:\Windowsblabla\blabla.exe'. Verify that you entered the correct name, and then try again.
