Change icon size in Windows

Good evening, my question is simple: is it possible to change the size of a desktop icon?
I specify just one and only one, not all of my icons, for example, having the Music folder icon take up 4 times more space than the Videos folder icon on the desktop. Thank you in advance for your responses.
