I've tried calling 3179, but it doesn't work; a voicemail says the number has been invalid since August 2016. I think it's one of their scams to block us... how can I obtain this RIO? Any other ideas?

I just called them; normally he should make the request and send it to me by email; I'm waiting to see. It's still strange that he's not working like the others, to say the least...
