Hello,
I was wondering if it's possible for two people to have the same phone number (mobile)?
I have had a number for a few years and noticed that the previous owner had a Facebook account linked to this number which is still active. Can the former owner still access this number? Is it possible for two people to have the same number? Or is this just negligence? Thank you in advance for your answers.

It is obviously not possible to have 2 people attached to the same mobile number.

If her account is blocked and the only way to access it is through the phone number, then yes, she cannot use it.

Normally it's not possible. When you create a Facebook account and add a number that already exists, the two accounts are automatically merged.
I wonder, however, if this is also the case for old accounts (when the number was not yet mandatory)...
