Hello,
I am using Windows 10 (updated) and I just installed PDF-XChange Viewer Pro in evaluation mode.
After a few trials, this application meets my expectations; however, I notice that there is no thumbnail display!
What should I do?
Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 63.0.3239.132

Hello,
Maybe with View >> Pages and Thumbnails or Ctrl+T?

Thank you for the response, but in Preferences, Display, there is no "pages and thumbnails".

You did: Edit >> Preferences (Ctrl+K)
I suggested: View >> Pages and thumbnails (Ctrl+T)

I specify my request; with my old "pdf" application, the pdf file displayed the cover thumbnail on the Windows desktop.
With PDF-Xchange viewer, the thumbnail shows the application icon but not the preview of the first page of the pdf file.
This is probably not a setting in the application but in Windows 10?

I was talking about the thumbnails displayed (or not) in a sidebar of the window.
As for the thumbnails on the desktop, I don't know: I haven't chosen Xchange as the default reader.
Indeed, I have, on the desktop, a thumbnail of the first page for PDFs (Acrobat), a thumbnail of the image for .jpgs, and a folder opened with pages for folders.

Yes, it is indeed a Windows 10 settings issue.
PdF Xchange Viewer is a widely used application around the world,
and there must be a solution for this thumbnail problem!!!
