How to turn on your Android smartphone with your PC?

Hello! I've been browsing forums since yesterday, and I found one that was a bit too complicated for my taste. I need to master some computer knowledge that I don't have, so I'm turning back to you, dear forum friends!

I have a smartphone (Acer Liquid Z630) whose power button is broken :/ Unfortunately, I can't turn it on without the power button, and I've tried the charger technique, but sadly I was unsuccessful!

So I'm asking you, do you have a way to turn on my smartphone via my PC?

    If it doesn't turn on, no. Even via a PC, it needs to be at least on.
