Text wrapping issue with Adobe Illustrator CC 2015

When I wrap text with an object, it shows the outlines, but the text always stays beneath the object. I tried placing the text behind and in front of the object, but the result is the same.

    I don't want CC2015, but I suppose it must be the same manipulation as in CS6...

    Select the 2 objects (your circle + your text) and in the menu "Object/Text Wrap", choose "Make".

    The object to wrap must be "on" the text block....
