Hello,
I just acquired a new MSI PC and installed Windows 10 on it. When I turn on the PC, I am offered 2 types of connections: with a local account or with a Microsoft account. When I enter my Microsoft account, an error message appears notifying me that my password is incorrect. However, I have checked multiple times by logging into the Microsoft website. I also tried to create a new account, but nothing works. I would like to emphasize that I am indeed connected to the Internet. If anyone has a solution, I would be thrilled.

    Hello,

    I suggest you change the password for your first account, but please double-check your email address to ensure that everything matches perfectly and try again. 

    I checked several times by logging into the Microsoft site


    Were you logged in automatically, or did you re-enter your password?

      I have already tried to change my password but it hasn't made any difference, the error message still appears.
