Hello.

Recently, I've been experiencing a problem that prevents me from using my PC (HP Pavilion dv7 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M430 @2.27GHz 2.26 GHz Windows 8.1). At startup, the PC displays error code 0xc0000001. I can't fix the issue. I tried running the hard drive test, but it says failure. I attempted to reset during startup by pressing F11, but still nothing. I also tried safe mode to reinstall the system, but it was also a failure. I don't know what to do anymore. I need help, please.

Hello,

Can you provide the complete message?

From another computer:
- Download the Windows 8 installation ISO: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows8/
- Prepare an installation medium on USB stick or DVD.
- Boot from the prepared USB stick: How to boot the computer from USB stick
- Go to Repair your computer

There you have the system recovery tool, launch it.
If it doesn’t repair anything.

~~

On the crashed computer, use the Diskpart utility to wipe everything.
On the first window of the Windows installation, select repair then command prompt.

In the command prompt, type diskpart and hit enter
This will enter the diskpart interface

inside type:
select disk 0
list partition
list volume
exit

Give the result.

then type bcdedit /v
give the result.

You can take photos and provide them as screenshots.
