JVC TV and Free Mini 4K

Hello,
I bought a JVC television that includes 4K and Smart TV.
I made all the connections just like on my old television.
The console and the PC that were connected to it work perfectly, but the TV doesn't work.
I'm with Free and I have the Free Mini 4K... at first, I thought it was the box, but after a replacement on their part, the television still doesn't work.

I am posting a message here today to find out if this issue has occurred on this model or others, and how to resolve it!

    Hello,

    Is the Freebox TV properly connected via HDMI to the television?
    Are you selecting the correct HDMI source on the television?

        The Mini 4K is not the one that connects via Wi-Fi to the ADSL box?

        My daughter has the white one and it's the Wi-Fi that connects the two boxes.

        You should check if the connection between the two is properly established.

        The connection is made via the ethernet cable... and I don't even have any display except when I do a reset, I get the Boot display but still nothing at all!

        So I find this strange because all the HDMI ports have been tested and work with the console, I tried all the HDMI ports with the Free TV decoder and none work, I even changed the cable several times and Free even sent me a new TV decoder, so I really don't know where this could be coming from.
