My FZ18 won’t turn on anymore

Good evening,

I tried to use my Lumix FZ18 after a long period of not using it, and.. "no sound or image," I naturally thought of the battery, I just received a new one, and after charging and another try, still nothing.
Is it repairable..?, if so by a pro or possibly by myself..?
