Hello,
I'm having big problems. Last week, my PC asked me to update Firefox. That was done. It was working a little better, but one day I could no longer access my emails. And when I open Mozilla, here's what it says:
Check that the URL is correct and try again.
I don't even know what a URL is; if you could help me a little bit, that would be great!

The URL is "the internet address". For example, the URL for the Google France website is https://www.google.fr/. You have likely entered an incorrect address or the site has changed its address.
