Hello,

for some time now, whenever I want to search the Internet, the word "loading" appears and no search results. What should I do?

Thanks to anyone who can help

Hi,

Loading means Charging. Didn't you have that before? You may have accidentally installed malware that could be slowing down your connection.

And how do I remove malware? Loading keeps appearing on my screen, making it impossible for me to connect to a page or a site for long periods of time. Thank you for your response and help.

Actually, I'm asking you this question because if you want, we can do a disinfection to see if there are any nasty things on your PC :)

I'm still dealing with my problem

What is a restore point?
How do I create one?

I remember about 15 days ago I updated my GARMIN GPS, and a logo appeared that is still on my PC. I think it’s since then that my PC has been slow - could it be causing issues with my computer? At that point, can I remove it from "all my programs" - and can I assume that I will be able to download the Garmin updates again since I am allowed to do so 4 times a year?

Hello.
What do you use for a browser?
Do you see this message when you want to download something?

So you are searching from this page (https://www.google.fr) and the results are not displaying? Does it only happen with Google or do other web pages take a long time to load as well?
It’s probably a problem with your connection being too slow.

Use this > Adwcleaner click on Scan and then on Clean and you will have a report upon rebooting the PC.
