Adware.Elex.ShrtCln: impossible to remove

Hello,

I purchased and installed MalwareBytes, and it keeps finding the Adware.Elex.ShrtCln virus in Google Chrome (where it appears twice). It quarantines them, I delete them, but they come back on the next startup.

Can you please tell me how to get rid of it completely?

    Finally, I had to completely reinstall Google Chrome, but now everything seems to be working properly again. No more alert messages.

    To prevent Malwarebytes from repeatedly detecting these files, what should I do, please?

    Just download AdwCleaner 7.1.1 (free), run a scan, once it's done click on restart and everything will be cleaned. It works to remove Adware.Elex.ShrtCln and it only takes 5 minutes.
