IMessage & FaceTime activation failed

Hello, I need help. Every time I try to activate iMessage or FaceTime on my iPhone 6 running iOS 11.1.1, I get an error message. I contacted Apple but I'm still waiting for their response, and in-store they don't know how to fix it.
I've already tried setting the date and time, resetting the device, etc., but nothing works. This has been going on for about a month and I'm really fed up. Thank you in advance for your help.

Regarding the iMessage/FaceTime issue, it's important to know that Apple requires activation through a "silent SMS" ( basically, it asks a server from your carrier to check if you are eligible...)

Have you followed the following article from Apple?

If you have indeed contacted your carrier, as well as Apple, you will need to be patient.

If you want more information, don't hesitate to call Apple again after a week to see if your case is still up to date.

I already tried and no, it's not that on the iPhone 5s it works very well.

Alright... my question was whether you had followed the article and not if that was the issue in question...

if you have already contacted your operator as well as Apple, as previously mentioned, you will need a bit of patience...
