Unable to uninstall Mozilla Firefox

Hello,
I was using Mozilla Firefox when suddenly it crashed. I "forced" the software to close by shutting down my computer (a Windows 10) (-> it's probably a huge mistake on my part, but I'm not very good with computers haha).
So upon restarting, I try to open Firefox, but it's impossible; this message appears every time (first in English, then in French):
"Firefox is already running but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window." with the buttons: [Close Firefox] and [Cancel]
I then uninstalled the software with CCleaner and reinstalled Mozilla, but the problem still persisted. I tried several methods I found online to forcefully remove Firefox completely but couldn't uninstall it entirely. Indeed, in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox", its two folders "distribution" and "tobedeleted" still remain, which I can't delete because the computer tells me that the files are open in another program.
I then went to Task Manager > Details > firefox.exe > End Task, but it tells me that the operation cannot be completed because access is denied.
I have been trying to find a solution to my problem for hours, which is to completely uninstall Mozilla Firefox so that I can then reinstall it and have it work, please help me,
Thank you in advance for your responses, sincerely.

Hello,

Download and install --> Revo Uninstaller
Uninstall Firefox
Follow the tutorial closely to uninstall everything properly, including residual keys.
Restart the PC.

Windows key + R
Type --> control panel and OK

File Explorer Options
View tab
Check --> show hidden files, folders, and drives
Apply and OK.

Go delete the mozill folder in these 3 directories:
Windows key + E
--> C:\users\your username\AppData\Roaming
--> C:\users\your username\AppData\Local
--> C:\Program Files (x86) and/orPrograms

Delete the Firefox shortcuts on the desktop.

Reinstall the desired version:
--> Firefox 64 bits
--> Firefox 32 bits
