Snapchat: Log out without affecting the account

Hello,

For a few months now, my Snapchat account has been disconnecting for no reason.

However, I have no issues with wifi or anything else... and I have only received one email from Snapchat, the one confirming my registration and all that.

What could be causing this?

    Good evening,

    I am aware of this issue and I can simply tell you that it stems from a synchronization problem with Snapchat's servers.

    The only thing to do is to reconnect while waiting for a solution from Snapchat.
