Hello,
I have a problem with my internet connection outside of Wi-Fi
I recently changed my plan to a higher one that would give me unlimited 4G, but it’s not working, I’ve restarted my phone, turned it off, and checked the settings; the network icon appears but I have no connection. This is quite frustrating since I use my phone a lot outdoors and need the internet
Does anyone have a solution? Is it because my phone is poorly "formatted" or should I call my provider?

Set the APNs manually or make sure that mobile data is activated.
