Problem with Akira TV

Hello,
I have a problem with my Akira television. I turn it on, the name Akira appears, then the TV turns off and turns back on, and the Akira logo shows again. Sometimes it works from time to time, but now it doesn't work anymore. Please help me.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 61.0.3163.98

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power socket, wait a quarter of an hour and plug everything back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
