Issue with my Qilive Q24-009 smart TV Solved

Question

Hello, today this afternoon I bought a connected TV from the brand Qilive smart tv 24" Q24-009. I searched with my husband and daughter to find out how to download applications without success, so I searched on the internet but I couldn't find any trace of the problem or anything else, and I would like to know if this is possible or not?

Hello Isabelle and welcome to this forum,
Here’s what I usually respond to this topic:
When it comes to apps, manufacturers and distributors do whatever they want. Personally, I have an LG; in the beginning, I had an Orange app that gave access to lots of radio stations, but it was deleted without warning during an update. As for replay services, I had Pluzz (public service replay) and Arte +7, both gone as well. As for MyTF1, I only have the paid VOD, and on the M6 replay site, they ask me to download a "player," but "download impossible." It’s all about agreements with app owners and the TV brand, so it's a money issue, not so smart those TVs, huh? ...;-(
And Arte returned not long ago... go figure...
