Hello,
I've had this television without any issues since January. Suddenly, since last Thursday, only a few channels are working and when I tried to update it to resolve the problem, I realized that a PIN code is required. I don't have it, and the codes I found online, 0711 and 8888, are not working. Can someone help me?

Hello,
The PIN code is also the parental code...
If you have forgotten it, you need to use the procedure to change the parental code.
