I have a somewhat particular problem: my e-reader is stuck on the screensaver. I know this is a recurring issue, but mine is at an even higher level. I have tried all the solutions: left my e-reader charging, attempted to restart it using the small button next to the micro-usb port... For your information, my e-reader is an Aura H2O. Also, when I press the power button, the LED lights up for about 10 seconds and then turns off.

You can try this manipulation.... warning, content loss.
=> The manual factory reset
If a basic reset and a factory reset do not work, you can try a manual factory reset to restore your Kobo's original settings.
This process will delete all your books. The KOBO must be charged. If possible, plug it into a wall outlet for 4 hours to ensure it is sufficiently charged.
1. Turn off your e-reader.
Note: If your KOBO does not turn off, try holding the power button on the right until the screen goes blank.
2. Press and hold the light button. While holding the light button down, slide the power button to the right several times to turn on your KOBO.
3. Continue to hold the light button and wait for the power indicator to blink rapidly.
4. Release the light button.
You will see a restoration message on the screen
