Hello, after several messages without replies to the moderators of the Jacquie et Michel site (photo), I still can't delete my account from the site as well as from affiliated sites. Do you have a solution? Thank you.

Personally, it was with mainpay, check your purchase confirmation emails for the subscription... you will find the name of the money transfer site; for mainpay, type mainpay.net in the address bar of your browser, then you will fill in your name and the name of the site to which you subscribed, and then you will receive a summary of the subscriptions you can cancel by going into the details of the subscription in question.

Indeed. The Jacquie et Michel adultery site is a huge scam.
100 messages sent. 0 replies! Yet, I did everything right (politeness, respect...) My profile was never viewed by the people I sent messages to.

I had this issue myself, but I think I found the solution to cancel the automatic renewal without going through my bank. I received an email from "interachat" when I signed up, and in that email, there was a link to unsubscribe from the subscription, which I did without any problem. I'm still waiting a few more days to make sure it's not a scam too, but fingers crossed.

Hello, I'm facing the same issue. After subscribing to a plan for less than 2 euros, my account was charged 28.50 euros.
Having still not received a response from my bank to file a dispute, I am looking for the quickest and most effective solution.
Furthermore, the site that appears on my bank statement is called transcb.com. Do you know this site? Is it related to the subscription for which I unfortunately provided my bank details?
