Real Racing 3 Game Loading Issue

Hello,
I recently downloaded Real Racing 3 (2-3 days ago) and when I start the game I want to race but it requires downloading game data. I do this, but the loading progresses by 1% and then gets stuck, so I restart the game to try again but there's no way; I have to wait about 3 hours for the game to download just 1%. I don't think the problem is with the connection because my friend downloaded the game at the same time as me and it worked perfectly. I would like to know if you are experiencing the same issue and if you know how to solve it.
