Hello,
It's difficult to help you without the complete reference of your TV...
Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
Otherwise, check the menus and tick "automatic numbering" or "LCN" (Logical Channel Numbering) and perform an auto search again.
