Could a kind soul please explain how to highlight part of the subject line in red in Thunderbird? Thank you

    If I understand the question correctly, you would like to highlight a part of a message in red.

    You simply need to install the Highlighter add-on on Thunderbird (link below).
    This will create a small colored pencil that will appear on the
    "Write" page to the right of the other small icons.
