How to download the Gimp help?

Hello,
I have been using Gimp-2.6 for a long time. Yesterday, 10/24/2017, I found a newer version 2.8.22 on CCM and downloaded it without difficulty. When I tried to open the help, I got the following message: "You can either install the additional help package or change the preferences to use the online version." However, I couldn't find a download site for the "additional package." Can one of the forum members please tell me how to proceed? I would be very grateful.
