Hello everyone,
I'm contacting you regarding an internet connection issue.
My PC is a mini Acer PC running Windows 10.
Some time ago, to save battery, I had the idea to turn off the Wi-Fi when the PC was in sleep mode. At first, everything worked well, but for the past few weeks, the internet doesn’t activate upon waking up. I have to manually turn it on every time, which is a significant waste of time.
I found this procedure to revert the settings, but it doesn’t work for me...
Right-click on the Windows icon > Device Manager
Double-click on Network adapters
Double-click on the Wi-Fi network adapter
Power Management tab
Uncheck the box Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
OK
However, in my case, the power management button is missing (see photo)
What should I do in this case?
Thank you in advance and have a great day.
