Modification preview issue

Good evening, my issue is that when I work on an image, Photoshop does not display the changes in the field, and I find myself having to click on another image just to finally see the modified image in question. Thank you for shedding some light on this.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 61.0.3163.100

    Good evening,
    it's usually in real time. Is your computer powerful enough to run Photoshop? It is quite resource-intensive.
