Hello,
I just bought a second Logitech MK235 keyboard, with the mouse. My old one from the same brand (6 or 7 years) was more sophisticated but was starting to show signs of fatigue. I installed the new one and the mouse, no problem, everything was working well. The next morning, I couldn't type anything on the keyboard; in emails, in "Open," the black pad stays fixed. I went back to the store, and the customer service gave me a new one, but I'm having the same problem. For the past 2 days, I've been trying all sorts of USB port manipulations, but nothing works. Everything else works perfectly, the old keyboard, the new mouse. I won't be able to contact Logitech immediately by phone or email; it's a real hassle. Has anyone had the same problem and solved it?
Thanks if you could help me out.
Configuration: Windows / Edge 15.15063

I just got helped by a charming person from Logitech. She had me download a software to connect the keyboard... phew!
Thank you all for your availability.

P.S. I'm actually using the keyboard in question.
