The fact that you received the series automatically in English indicates that your adapter is set to that language by default. Therefore, we invite you to make the necessary adjustments to be able to watch your series in the version you prefer.

We inform you that the VF (French Version) is automatic, while the VOST (Original Version with French subtitles) is optional. To access the VOST, the viewer must perform a simple operation using their remote control. We would like to clarify that DTT adapters generally offer direct access with a single "AUDIO" button, followed by the "I / II" or "A / B" choices on the remote control to obtain the different audio versions available.

There aren't 36,000 solutions. LOOK carefully at your remote control. You should have an audio button. Press that one. Logically, you should be able to select the audio language of the media. Personally, I have a Samsung DVD/TNT player and on this device, there is a little bug in the firmware (waiting for the update); that is to say, you don't set the audio language of the media via the "menu" => "system settings" => "audio language" .... But simply with the "audio" button on the remote.

I found out how to watch series in their original version. There is a "language" or "lang" button on your TNT decoder remote.
You press it once and choose the language and whether or not to include subtitles.

I also have the problem with a recently purchased integrated TNT TV (it's only two weeks old!!)
And there’s no audio button on the remote!! So no solution, and on top of that, the default language setting is already French, so if I understand correctly, goodbye TF1 since more and more of their programs are offered in VO subtitled. And to think that it was the channel I watched the most. In the end, it's France Télévisions that will benefit from this because I'm not the only one in this situation. Kudos to TF1, if you want to lose viewers, you're on the right track!!!!!!!

If one day someone has a "real" solution (the ideal would be for TF1 to fix this problem themselves), thank you for explaining it to us.

I had the same problem and I've just found the solution.

On the remote control, there is an audio button.

When the series is broadcast in the original version, activate the audio button and at that moment several languages will appear, just choose the French language.

If you activate this audio button outside of the broadcast of the original version shows, you cannot activate anything, and therefore the language is not changed.

I hope you have the same result as I did.

It's my dream to watch series in English! Why want to change? Dubbed versions are always sanitized, especially series like Sex & The City or Desperate Housewives.

I have the same problem as all of you, except that the selection mode button toggles between stereo, left, or right.
Tonight (Sunday 11/10), for example, I watched the movie on TF1 in original version with subtitles, luckily it works. I tried factory resetting but with no results.
Do you think that with a new decoder, even a cheap one, I wouldn't have this inconvenience anymore?

I contacted my dealer regarding my question, for which I thank you all for answering... there is indeed a language button on the remote, but since my decoder is from the first generation, it was automatically set to the original version... it is impossible to switch to French unless the card is reprogrammed! Furthermore, with products evolving so quickly, after two years the product no longer exists, and doing this manipulation becomes impossible unless you are a computer/electronics engineer, have the necessary equipment, and the manufacturer is willing to provide the codes. So... for me, it was over... sorry for you if you are in the same situation, but I believe the only option left is to do as I did; buy a more recent decoder and/or a TV with built-in DTT (anyway, my problematic DTT decoder is dead...). Sorry...

Tell me the brand and model of your TV. If it's recent you should be able to fix the issue. Have you really checked the manual (99.99% of people don’t, I’m the first)?
