Hello,

I just purchased a Samsung A5 2017 and I am already facing a problem.

When I scroll through old messages, the screen scrolls automatically down in blocks of messages until it stops at the last sent message.
So I can’t easily read my old messages.
I tried holding my finger on the screen, without success.
I tried holding two fingers on the screen, without success.

I’m reaching out to the forum, success or not?

I’ll restart the smartphone in question while I wait for any answers.

    Hello,
    It might be a bug in the app.
    Do you have the same problem with another SMS manager (randomly: Signal or Silence)?

      Well, it must have been a bug, I turned my phone back on and it's working again. I think that since I moved my old texts to the new smartphone, it had a hard time handling everything.
