Hello everyone.
This morning I took a survey on the SFR website that then made me win a phone. Seeing that the payment was done properly, I believed it... I'm afraid of what this scam might do to me and I can't find a solution to cancel. Please, could you give me a solution? It's urgent!
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Generally when you win something, you shouldn't have to pay anything...
If you made a transfer, you need to call your bank and explain to them to try to block the transaction.
If it's an amount deducted from your phone plan, you need to call your provider.
You should always be wary of URLs,
fr10 =/= sfr
A large company will use its official website to do this kind of thing.
What do you mean by a payment "done the right way"?-
I said "rules of the art" because it was happening exactly like in a real online store... Thank you for the response.

We can never say it enough: when a charming company dangles a free item or service in front of you for anything at all, they do not need your banking information or credit card details since it’s free! If they ask for them, there's a scam in the air,..., run away!!!

I got tricked today via a GOOGLE CHROME survey and received a SAMSUNG for 2 euros as a thank you.
I validated the payment, and I am now subscribed to FUNIENT.COM.
