Hello, I received an anonymous screen mirroring request on my smart TV in the evening, I accepted the request and it displayed a black screen. I exited the screen mirroring, went to the network settings to remove the device from my list. Ten minutes later, I turned on my computer, opened my browser, and noticed that my connection was slow. When I tried to send a message on social media, it took a long time. I thought I was being DDoSed through the IP of my smart TV. The device that requested the screen mirroring was a Samsung Galaxy S3. I turned off my box and then turned it back on; my internet connection works very well now. But what worries me the most is my smart TV, especially the screen mirroring request from someone I don't know. I think someone managed to get my Wi-Fi password. I'm asking for your opinion on this situation.

Good evening, rule number 1: We NEVER accept when we don’t know or aren’t sure.
But otherwise, to be safe, block the IP of the device that logged into your TV via your router.
