Charging issue on tablet

Hello,

My Lenovo tablet won't charge anymore.
The battery has completely drained, and when I plug in the tablet to charge, it vibrates, the Lenovo screen lights up, and then it turns off.
I can leave it plugged in for 30 minutes, and it shows the same problem; it vibrates, lights up, and then turns off.
What could be causing this as my tablet remains unusable?

    Hmm I had the same issue with my partner's Samsung tablet. Well, it turned out that the cable was messed up, but apparently, you should never let tablets fully discharge or you risk having the same problem as you.

    What's the model of your tablet?

      It's Lenovo and it really doesn't want to charge anymore. I don't know why?
