Hello,

My Freebox Crystal stays stuck on Network, on RocknRoll, or on Step 2 several times a day and it can last more than an hour! It's frustrating and it often interrupts my programs with freezes.
Are there any solutions? I live in Marseille, are there others affected? Thank you.

    Hi,
I guess you're talking about the TV box.
Try connecting it with an Ethernet cable directly to the ADSL box, plugging it instead of the RJ45 port of the Freeplug.

I have already tried using the Ethernet cable. And I use it almost every day. Are there any other solutions?

Does it work like that or not?

Thank you Brupala for your response.
Yes, it works when it is connected to the Ethernet cable and the update has been performed (firmware). However, once it is put back in place, it works and after a while the freezes come back or it hangs on network or rock'n'roll. It’s becoming annoying. We can go hours without watching TV because of this problem. The trouble is mainly that we cannot keep the Ethernet cable connected permanently or put the two boxes together due to lack of space for the TV.

You can use a longer Ethernet cable.
If your powerline adapters (Freeplugs) are disrupted over the electrical network, there isn't much else you can do.

I don't have a long enough Ethernet cable to connect the two boxes...
