Redeposit cash from a trans cash ticket

Hello everyone, I would like to know if we can deposit a transcash into a PayPal account. I asked the question but did not get a response. These are top-ups that I bought at the request of the girls, in Haute-Loire. Out of a dozen girls concerned, twelve tried to scam me, three outright asked me for a photo of the receipt with the numbers visible... nine asked me for a photo of the ticket control. It's enough to make you despair of everything.
