    The dxdiag command doesn't find any sound card. I've also seen that it can be disabled in the BIOS. However, I can't find anything related to sound in the BIOS...

    Go to the Device Manager
    Uninstall these 2 devices (including all drivers):
    --> NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device
    --> High Definition Audio Controller

    Go to the Control Panel
    Programs and Features
    Uninstall everything related to audio, namely Realtek, VIA, HDMI (nVidia)...

    Restart the PC and see what happens in the Device Manager.

    After restarting, I find High Definition Audio Controller, but still with the yellow triangle.

    Knowing that Windows tells me each time that the driver is up to date, can the problem still come from that?

    Is Windows up to date?

    If not, go to Start
    Settings (cogwheel)
    Update & Security
    Check for updates.
